Inside Our Factory: From Steel Plate to Finished Trailer
Production starts with steel plate cutting on CNC equipment, followed by main beam welding on dedicated jigs that keep the camber and alignment within tolerance.
After welding, the frame goes through shot blasting and a multi-layer painting process, which is the single most important step for corrosion resistance in coastal and humid markets.
Final assembly covers axles, suspension, braking and electrical systems, followed by a road test and a full inspection checklist before the trailer is prepared for shipment.
