CKD and SKD Export: Reducing Freight Cost for Trailer Orders

Huiteng Heavy Industry 24 views

Trailers are bulky, and shipping them fully assembled wastes a large amount of container space. CKD (completely knocked down) and SKD (semi-knocked down) packing solve this by shipping the structure in compact bundles.

SKD keeps major assemblies together, so on-site work is limited to bolting and connecting systems. CKD goes further, packing the frame sections and components separately for maximum container utilization.

We provide assembly drawings, torque specifications and, when needed, on-site technical guidance so local teams can complete assembly reliably.
